Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

To all the customers associated with Birch Posh or ordering for the first time, we aim to provide a smooth customer experience. Thus, we have designed our cancellation policies by keeping our valuable customers in mind subject to the following terms & conditions: 

Full Order Cancellation

  • You can simply place an order cancellation request by sending an email to birchposh@gmail.com

  • We would accept the order cancellation only if the products have not been dispatched from our end. If the products have already been dispatch then no cancellation is allowed. 

Partial Order Cancellation/Returns

  • We don’t accept partial cancellation/returns from any of our customers. Unfortunately, no refunds will be made in case of a partial order return or its cancellation.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Products marked as Pre-Order are manufactured or allocated specifically against confirmed orders. For this reason, cancellation requests may not be possible once the order has been placed and production or allocation has begun.

    Once dispatched and delivered, pre-order items are eligible for return in accordance with our standard return policy. Approved returns will be processed after the product is received back at our warehouse, and the applicable amount will be issued as store credit, after deduction of reverse logistics charges where applicable.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will be provided you in form of store credits, which will be sent to you via email. The validity of the store credits will be 6 months from the date issued. Additionally there will be an imposition of INR 150 as product carrier charges, which would be adjusted in the store credits. (for eg. you made a purchase of INR 1000, Store credits issued to you will be 1000-150=850) 

Late refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your mail account again.  

If you’ve checked your mail and still did not receive your store credits or coupon yet, please contact us at birchposh@gmail.com

Sale/Discounted items/Heritage Collection (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items of standard collection may be returned or refunded, unfortunately, sale, discounted items and heritage collection cannot be returned and refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at birchposh@gmail.com to place the request and our team will get back to you for providing assistance regarding the same. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, additionally INR 150 would be levied as carrier charges.
